We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Collect technical information about your internet connection and browser as well as the country and telephone code where your computer is located, the associated web pages viewed during your visit, the advertisements you selected, and any search terms you entered.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to any of your queries. We may also keep a record of these items to assist with future communication and to demonstrate how we communicated with you throughout. We do this to satisfy our contractual and legal obligations to you, and our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service.

Emergency services/third party monitoring services if applicable.

We may also be required to disclose your personal data to the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, in your country of origin or elsewhere, upon a valid request to do so. How we store your information and how long we retain the information:

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We will keep your personal information for the purposes set out in this privacy policy and in accordance with the law and relevant regulations. We will never retain your personal information for longer than is necessary. However, our retention period will come to an end at 7 years.
